GENERAL
On arrival at Hostel Situla you check in at the reception desk. Payment on account is paid at the check in. New guests are admitted after 11 a.m. and on the day of you departure you have to check out by 10 a.m.
Working hours:
- Reception desk: 24/7
- Restaurant: 7 a.m. - 3 p.m.
- Breakfast: 7 a.m. - 9 a.m.
- Lunch: 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.
- Internet café : 7 a.m. - 10 p.m.
Booked rooms will be held until 8 p.m. If there are no special notifications, we will assume that you won't need the room. In the case of later arrival without any previous notice, we will offer you some other available accommodation.
Please refrain from making noise which could disturb other guests between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m.
It is requested to show the "check-in card" to the receptionist or security guard when entering the hostel. During your absence, please leave the key to your room at the reception desk.
We kindly ask you not to damage or remove any objects used and designed for accommodation of guests in Hostel Situla. Please, do not change the furniture arrangements in a room. The guests will be asked to pay every intentional damage or removal.
Any disregard of the house rules will be followed by these measures:
- violator will be forbidden from entering the hostel
- violator's personal objects will be temporarily confiscated
- violator will be banned from the facilities of Hostel Situla
- procedure of establishing the responsibility will begin
- it will be demanded that the violator pays for all the damage and loss of income due to the damage
IMPORTANT
Respect other guests and treat them in the same way as you would like to be treated. You can meet your guest in the lobby or in the restaurant. It is not allowed for the persons who are not occupants of the hostel to stay overnight.
It is not allowed to bring your own food and beverages into the restaurant Situla. It is forbidden to take the restaurant's inventory. Common rooms are to be kept tidy.
Fire protection plan and escape routes are visible. Carefully examine the locations of a fire alarm and fire extinguishers and follow the instructions of the staff and fire protection plan.
Use of heating and cooking appliances is forbidden due to fire safety. Smoking is prohibited in all common rooms of Hostel Situla.
In the case of fire alarm activation, intentional or unintentional, or in the case of activation due to cooking, handling fire, etc. in rooms where this is strictly forbidden, the person responsible covers all the costs.
Alcohol consumption is limited only to restaurant and internet café on the ground floor. It is prohibited to consume and/or bring alcohol and other drugs to the rooms. It is also prohibited to bring weapons of any kind to the hostel. The hostel management reserves the right to confiscate such articles and notify the police.
The house rules are surveyed by:
- staff of the owner and manager (Institution Situla)
- Hostel Situla staff
- security service
All persons stated above have the right to examine possible violations of the house rules anywhere in the facilities and at any time without a special approval of a guest.
